You can either save the image to your harddrive, jumpdrive, etc., or buy the disc with all the textures. Limit is I think 20 downloads per day.
As long as you are not downloading to make a rival site of Mayang, you can literally do whatever you want with the textures.
NOTE - download textures will have a watermarks.

Photoshop watermarks unless they're overly huge. Other than that.. go go texture mapping.
