Multilingual game testing company, Enzyme Labs announced that the firm has been granted ISO 9001:200 certification, recognizing that the company’s processes are best in class according to specific criteria established by international experts.
Enzyme Labs specializes in providing secure facilities that help video game publishers and developers reduce production costs, enhance the gaming experience and shorten time to market by providing multi-platform pre-certification, functionality, gameplay, compatibility, MMOG, localization and technical support services. The firm is also an official game test vendor for the Xbox and Xbox 360, as well as a certified game testing facility for both Nintendo and Sony.
In the lead up to the certification, Enzyme Labs officials note that the company increased quality and service at all levels of the organization, while management implemented a client/customer philosophy within its organizational structure. The granting of the ISO 9001:2000 certification recognizes that the company has met all of the required criteria to ensure delivery of superior quality services for functionality and linguistic testing.
“To achieve increased levels of quality, we need to focus on customer satisfaction,” commented Enzyme Labs president and CEO Yan Cyr. “It’s by listening to customers, analyzing and anticipating their needs, that we’ve been able to develop and implement a rigorous quality policy focused on specific objectives that involve all of our employees.”
Cyr added: “We are very proud of our efforts to ensure our customers receive the highest level of quality and service and we will continue to improve our processes within the entire organization in order to maintain our leadership position within the industry.”
