 From the "slow news day plus hypothetical childhood questions" feed comes the Joystiq gamer dinner discussion. If you could sit down for a bite with a prominent game personality, be it a living figure or in-game character, who would you eat with, and what questions would you ask? We know this works better with historical revolutionaries, but what the heck. How about some one-on-one time with Samus Aran or Shigeru Miyamoto? Or maybe a nice baseball steak with Tommy Vercetti and Jack Thompson? |

No way with Tommy Vercetti or Jack Thompson. I would want to sit and eat with someone who probably won't try to kill me and has good table manners. Maybe Link? Or how about Samurai Jack, Ruroni Kenshin, Haohmaru , Inuyasha, Mitsurugi, Jin from Samurai Champloo, and it will be a Samurai Banquet.

how can you say that Link has good tabble manners, he climbs up on them and jumps off repeatedly to reach a shelf ;D
I think that I would sit down to dinner with Sabin, Gau, and Gogo.
Sabin would be good conversation, Gau would be entertaining, and Gogo, because he's freakin' Gogo! ;D

Link would be more dignified:
- have you seen Sabin eat? he eats ghost food
- Gau doesn't look like the type to use a table, nevermind silverware and napkins
- Gogo...well, Gogo probably mimics everyone eating to maintain health. still mimicking the other two won't help.

that's the GENIUS OF MY PLAN! I will act like a model citizen, Gogo will mimick me, Sabin won't want to be shown up by the two of us, so he'll behave, and Gau would STILL be good entertainment! ;D
