as some or most of you know, the forum does not support file sharing (as it is not OUR server) it is the responsibility of the Project Leaders to have a digital copy of any file which is relevant/was shared at any meeting.
This SHOULD come as a no brainer, this is mainly to say, if a member needs a file, it is then the job of the Project Leader to distribute to them the file(s).
