So you wanna dev for MMO's... not to mention a boatload of other game genres and platforms? Okay, BrainStorm Productions, with the sponsorship of Gas Powered Games and ArenaNet, announces the opening of registration for slots at this year's Game Employment Education Conference, to be held on February 24 at Meydenbauer Center, Bellevue, WA. Registration at showtime is US 60.00, but register now for lower entry rates.
Okay, the bennies. Aside from a bunch of speakers (TBA Jan. 19) who will talk about various aspects in the gaming industry, from game design to programming and marketing, attendees also get a chance to submit and upload resumes - you guys have graduated from college with an appropriate degree, right? - and take a sneak peek in the world of the game developer. Besides, you also get a chance at winning some prizes, and if you register before the end of this month, score some extras. In addition, because this event is sponsored by Gas Powered Games, the "Fun 'n' Games" portion of the conference will be all about fun with Supreme Commander.
