It's just like the American GDC. You may have heard of that one. 'Cept it's in China. It's even being run and organised by the same guys (CMP). To be held in Shanghai between August 27-29, it's aiming to cater specifically to the Chinese market, promising a "by China, for China" approach. It's also hoping to serve as a gateway between the Western and Chinese markets, so hopefully come August we can check out some interesting games we otherwise wouldn't have heard squat about.
