The technical assistance / troubleshooting will be provided via phone and e-mail. Requirements: Must have at least 3 - 6 months of Customer Service/Call Center support experience including: knowledge of TCP / IP, Windows-based and Macintosh-based operating systems. Must also have troubleshooting experience. Experience with sound cards, video cards, and networking. Must have excellent customer service skills preferably in a call center environment. Must have a passion for PC and video games. IT education preferred. A+, MCP, MCSE, or any related certifications are a huge plus.
