Wired Talent, in conjunction with an online gaming company, is seeking Game Masters! Here’s your chance to work with the fastest growing online gaming company! This exciting opportunity is located in Irvine, CA!
Summary: Game Masters provide online assistance and customer service to online customers
Hours : Fulltime, Monday-Friday, must be flexible
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay: $10.00 an hour
Primary Responsibilities:
· Monitor many aspects of the online servers
· Organize and run events for the player base
· Assist with the support of our chat channels
· Communicate game issues to supervisors
Requirements:
· Basic-to-intermediate PC knowledge, as well as being familiar with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
· QA experience is a plus!
· Aptitude to learn quickly and effect and ability to remain focused in a team-oriented environment
· Strong work ethic
· Must have passion for video games!
Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
· Ability to be persuasive with customers, keeping “customer satisfaction” as a guiding factor.
· Good Oral and Written Communication Skills and Strong Planning, Organization, Problem Solving and Execution Skills
