- You will be working with a small team of top-notch programmers
- Responsible for the management of around 10 concurrent projects in the mobile video game industry.
- Long work hours required during crunch time (which is most of the time).
- Strong stock option incentive.
- Report directly to the CEO of Javaground.
Required Skills:
- Startup mentality, very proactive
- Software programming knowledge
- Very organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership, able to manage a group of 20+ people
- Video game industry knowledge is a strong plus
