Australia, February 25, 2007 - Shiny's Dave Perry, of Earthworm Jim and Enter The Matrix infamy, wants you to helm a game. Yes, you. Or potentially, anyhow. According to Acclaim's 'Top Secret' homepage, Perry is putting out a call for talented budding game designers to strut their stuff for the ultimate dream prize - position as Director of a PC MMO.
"For one very lucky individual, whoever shines most during development, I'm going to offer something nobody else would ever give away… I'm going to give them a major project to direct a fully-funded MMO, guaranteed to be published by Acclaim."
Perry goes on to say that the Director will get royalties, and he will be overseeing the project as Executive Producer. Sounds like a sweet deal to us - and moreover, anyone who submits an idea that is incorporated into the game will get full credit on their resume and valuable experience.
